Wes McCraw is one Northeast Ohio's best and most entertaining musicians. Over a decade ago, he started a music duo concept where-in he would pair with the best vocalists, musicians, and friends in the business. The Travelin' Johnsons were born!
Most often with renouned vocalists Theresa Rose, Wes also calls on the talented Erol Sommer, Little Steve-O, and Rolando Pizana to fill out the duo. Each bring unique vocal and musical ablilties. All are members of The Travelin' Johnsons family. With a unique acoustic approach to Rock, Country, and Blues classics (which includes the use of “foot percussion” and “live looping”) the duo has entertained audiences all over the country...and even abroad. The group’s specialty is the classic rock genre i.e. Eagles, Beatles, Stones, Van Morrison, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Eric Clapton, Neil Diamond…etc. The song catalog spans over 40 years...including a few choice originals.
Noteworthy performance venues include the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the House of Blues (both in Cleveland Ohio and the Dominican Republic), the historic Cleveland Arcade, Hard Rock Café, Horseshoe Casino (both in Cleveland and Chicago, Hollywood Casino, the Boardwalk and "the Keys" at Put-in-Bay Ohio...and the private home of Cleveland Browns owner, Jimmy Haslem.
Television appearances include the Travel Channel's "NFL Road Tested", Fox 8 News Cleveland, Telesistema (Dominican Republic) and Sports Time Ohio’s “Beer Money” (game show)
